1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Galaxia Sports Platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Regulatory Compliance

The Platform operates in compliance with applicable regulations including:

• EU MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation): The Platform complies with MiCA requirements for crypto-asset service providers, including consumer protection, operational resilience, and disclosure obligations.
• US Regulations: Compliance with FinCEN BSA/AML requirements, OFAC sanctions, and applicable state money transmitter licensing requirements.
• UK Regulations: FCA registration and compliance with Financial Promotions regime and AML requirements.

3. KYC/AML Requirements

To use certain features of the Platform, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification. This includes:

• Government-issued ID verification
• Proof of address
• Source of funds declaration (for higher tiers)
• PEP (Politically Exposed Person) screening
• Sanctions list checking

Transaction limits are based on your verification tier. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent KYC/AML requirements
• Engage in market manipulation or fraud
• Use the Platform if you are located in a sanctioned jurisdiction

5. Risk Disclosure

CRYPTOCURRENCY RISKS:

• Volatility: Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and can result in significant losses
• Regulatory Risk: Regulations may change and affect the Platform's operations
• Technology Risk: Blockchain technology and smart contracts may have vulnerabilities
• Loss of Funds: You may lose all funds due to technical failures, hacking, or user error
• No Insurance: Cryptocurrency holdings are not insured by government deposit insurance

6. Transaction Monitoring

All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. We may:

• Block or freeze transactions that appear suspicious
• Request additional information about transactions
• File Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) with regulatory authorities
• Report large transactions as required by law

7. Travel Rule Compliance

For transactions exceeding regulatory thresholds (e.g., $3,000 USD in the US, £1,000 in the UK), we collect and transmit originator and beneficiary information as required by Travel Rule regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Galaxia Sports or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GALAXIA SPORTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation
2. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) if negotiation fails
3. Jurisdiction-specific courts as a last resort

EU users have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. The Platform may not be available in all jurisdictions. Access from prohibited jurisdictions is not permitted.

12. Changes to Terms
